Back : Clocks change back one hour on the last Sunday in October

What Time Do The Clocks Change ?
Clocks always change at 1:00 GMT (2:00 BST)
In March, change your clocks one hour forward at 1:00 a.m.
In October, change your clocks one hour back at 2:00 a.m.
Anything Else ?
Before you do anything use this opportunity twice a year to check your smoke alarm batteries. Having a smoke alarm in your house is all very good but if your batteries are flat then it isn't going to help to save your life in a fire. Press the button on the front of the alarm and see if it beeps. If it doesn't, then get some new batteries online now.
